3.29.13 - Dee's Birthday ~ Shabby Chic Banner

I was contacted by a sweet lady that was hosting a birthday party for her sister Dee. She wanted a custom banner and the theme was shabby chic. We decided to go with this pretty teal damask paper and added hints of gray.
