What's For Dinner?

I love to cook.
Really I do.

But sometimes I just need someone to help me out with WHAT to cook.

I feel as if I make the same things over and over AND OVER again.

I'm sure most people feel that way.

I guess I'm just feeling the "blahs" when it comes to cooking dinner lately.

So ... I need your help!

I would LOVE it if you would share some of your family's favorite dinners ... recipes too!

Please, please help me!

Leave your ideas, suggestion and recipes in the comments section.

I made an easy side dish last night. Cheese and Broccoli. I might be behind and this is how everyone does it, but I was proud of myself.

Cooked broccoli just before it was too done. Drain and add a can of Campbells Cheese (Soup) and some salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes. Top with ritz cracker crumbs and bake another 5 minutes. It was really good!

This was my kid's favorite meal growing up, I made it at least once a week. They actully liked the leftovers from this one! I usually served it with green beans and apple sauce and homemade rolls.

Hamburger Strogonoff

1 lb hamburger
6 slices Bacon
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
lg container of sour cream (16 oz?)
1 small onoion (optional)

1 Pkg Wide Egg Noodles

Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook in a large skillet till desired doneness. (I like to leave it a bit limp, others like it crispy)
Remove bacon pieces. Leaving the grease in the pan and add the hamburger and brown untill cooked.
Remove the hamburger from the pan and drain the grease. Now put the hamburger back in the pan, add the 2 cans cream of mush soup and cook about 8 minutes on low heat, stiring occasionaly. Stir in the sour cream and heat till it's warm.
Serve over the egg noodles.

I've served this over rice also, I like it that way but the kids never did. Both my girls make this for their families and it's always a big hit.
