Blackeyed Peas.

Seriously ...

Is there anything better than blackeyed peas with a little hot onion added?

Yep ... blackeyed peas, with a little hot onion ... then topped with some fried okra.

Yummmmmmm ... is it a southern thing?

DEFINITELY a Southern Thing. I only eat black eyed peas on New Years because it's a family tradition in YOUR family, lol. Jerome got to have some yesterday at Fred's with cornbread and onions.....
