Both he and his friend Davis celebrate their birthdays in February so Wendy (Davis' Mom) and I worked together to create a sweet little birthday celebration for them.

It was such a beautiful day ... the temperature was in the 60s ... I decided we would pick up lunch and then go to the park.
What a great decision it was to go to the park ... we saw some friends there and the kids played, ran and played some more.
I love the wide open spaces in our park ... it allows for lots of running room for the kids.
We are supposed to have temperatures close to the 70s today ... hopefully we'll find another outdoor adventure to keep us busy today.

What a day! A party and the park! The weather was gorgeous and I know the kids had lots of energy to burn.
I know how much Griffin likes being outdoors, so it is wonderful that you have places like this for him to go. Plus another day to celebrate his birthday. How lucky.
That cupcake looks mighty yummy! Wish I had one. It also looks like a perfect day to play and party in the park.
