Griffin's viewpoint is ... it's the place where the "big pool" is.
Yesterday we met several of our friends at the Y for some serious fun in the sun.
Heidi, Ryan and Evan are visiting ... so it was one big party at the pool with them of course, Keisha, Darius, Cyndi, Harry & Jack. We had pizza delivered for lunch and enjoyed a great time!
Normally Griffin and I hang out in the shallow end of the pool it ranges from 1 foot to 3 feet ... but yesterday he discovered the "other" side of the pool that begins at 3 feet. He loved hanging out on the stairs and jumping from the side of the pool into my arms. He loves water. Always has.
The kids were SOOOOO tired after swimming all day ... so we headed home for some rest. Griffin and Evan fell asleep in the car almost as soon as we left the YMCA parking lot. Heidi suggested a stop by Dairy Queen ... so we made a run through the drive-in before heading home ... it was a wonderful idea!!
We are so lucky to have such good friends ... we so enjoy spending time with all of them!

and can i borrow Mike for a week for his physical engineering abilities? I promise that's all I would need him for :)
