Our Fantastic Weekend In Suffolk.

Our family had a fantastic weekend away at the Suffolk County Festival of Flight.

Mike is a member of the local EAA chapter (Experimental Aircraft Association). Many members of this group are very involved with organizing this event. His responsibilities included aircraft parking. He was totally in his element and had a GREAT time!

The next several (four!) posts are all about our terrific weekend ... I thought I could publish these in the order in which I wanted to post them ... but unfortunately they are posting in the order in which they were created. Oh well ... lesson learned.

One comment for all your aviation blogs. What a wonderful time you all had. Wish we could have been there. Jerome has always wanted to go up in a helicopter, so he would have loved to rode with Mike and Griffin. Looks like you had great weather too. And Griffin's gift to Daddy was just so precious. Thanks for sharing that with us.

Well darn, looks like Griffen gets to fly in a heliocopter before this old dude here---my lil blue eyes are green with envy. Nice pics of the festival and of the kid and your husband.

It doesn't matter what order they come out in as long as you get it posted.
