Field Trip To Science Museum Of Virginia
We visited the Science Museum of Virginia with friends. It was a wonderful day of learning and exploring!

Goodbye Grandma.
It was wonderful having Grandma here to celebrate Griffin's birthday. Sadly, she had to return to Florida today. We will miss her!

Griffin's Birthday Dinner
We enjoyed dinner out at one of Griffin's favorites ~ Kahlo's Mexican restaurant. He got to wear the birthday sombrero and was serenaded by the awesome staff!

Happy 10th Birthday Griffin!
Happy 10th birthday to our sweet Griffin! This is a boy who has lived his life filled with joy! His exuberant nature is contagious and I would love to be more like him. He is faithful, loving, kind, smart, creative, adventurous, inquisitive, 100% all boy and he notices absolutely everything. We are so proud of you and love you very much! May this prayer stay with you for the rest of your life ~ Ephesians 3:17-19.
Griffin's 10th Birthday Party - Minecraft Theme - Banner & Decorations
Griffin celebrated his 10th birthday at our home with a Minecraft themed birthday party! It was an unusually warm day in February, a great day to host friends and family at our house. The kids had fun playing Nerf Guns, snacking on the candy bar, playing on Fort Griffin and jumping on the trampoline. He had the BEST birthday, ever!

Geography Project
Griffin is doing is first homeschool project! He loves geography so we have reached out to friends and asked them to mail him postcards from around the US and other countries. He will mark his map each time he receives one! He is loving this project!

Homeschool Begins!
After much prayer, our family decided to begin homeschooling the 2nd half of Griffin's 4th grade year. Today was officially our first day ~ and we started with a super fun experiment!

Engineers ...
Holding my breath as the engineers do their work ~ they are rebuilding and upgrading my computer. It's a computer Mike built for me over 7 years ago, so I think it's time. I've backed up all my files and images and I hope everything transfers over. If you truly know me, you know how hard this is for me. I have confidence in my husband and I know it will be okay.
