OBX 2016 - Ghost Crabbing At Night

Our last night at the beach was fantastic! After a delicious dinner at The Captain's Table we all went ghost crabbing on the beach. It's so much fun watching the kids capture the crabs ~ it's definitely a time filled with laughter and squeals of delight (and in my case, fear)! They were all safely released of course. As we were standing on the beach, the waves were coming in illuminated by plankton. It was a wondrous sight to see a glow in the dark beach!!

OBX 2016 - Tonight's Sunset

It doesn't get much prettier than this! It was cloudy most of the day, but the sun burst through the clouds to reveal a breathtaking sunset! We saw a rainbow/iridescent cloud, too! It was so close to the sunset, it wouldn't photograph. That's another off the bucket list! #seriouslynofilter

This set was made for the GES Silent Auction winner ~ Adele's mom asked for horses, single letters, and the colors of purple, lavender and teal. This is the final design ~ custom banner, M&M treats and confetti sprinkles.

Love getting back to the normalcy of everyday life and getting a huge laugh when your son gets shedded dog hair on him and says 'look Mom and Dad I have my first chest hair, I look like a man now'. Have to say I haven't laughed that hard in awhile.

Our friend Sylvia celebrated her 4th birthday with a Disney Princess Birthday Party.

When designing the custom banner for her party I decided to do a little something different. I added tulle to the paper to give it a three dimensional look

Griffin's 9th Birthday Party ~ Lego Hero Factory

Our son Griffin decided he wanted a 'Hero Factory' birthday party for his 9th birthday

We celebrated at our local YMCA with an indoor swimming party (his birthday is in February). The kids also enjoyed creating sand art in the 'Hero Sand Pit'.

Decorations include custom banners, cupcake toppers,favor tags, confetti, table toppers and invitations
