We are enjoying some of the local culinary offerings here in Central Virginia. 'Coctel de fruta' from a food truck. It's fresh fruit, mixed with lime juice, chili powder and chamoy. That's a huge giant pork rind - and it was actually cut in half. And for dinner Mike & Mike made grilled chicken and fresh asparagus ~ add in Grandma's collard greens and fried hoecake and it was a great meal!
