Twenty Year Anniversary ~ Vow Renewal.

Today Michael and I celebrated our 20th year wedding anniversary. We renewed our wedding vows with family and friends in attendance. Pastor Brian did us the honor of performing the vow renewal ceremony at our church.

It was such a gift to be surrounded those we care about as we publicly recommitted ourselves before God.

I had a lot of fun creating the décor and Michael enjoyed smoking the BBQ pork. The beautiful cake and cupcakes were made by our friend, Karen of The Cupcakery of Richmond. Our friend Jake photographed the event for us.

It was definitely a DIY event. We are so thankful to friends for helping us to make it happen!
