A Gentle Conversation ...

When on the way home from an errand, you have a deep conversation with your 11-year-old and realize Santa and the Easter Bunny have made their last visits to your home. 😢. Griffin has always known and understood the true meaning of Christmas and Easter, though we kept the sweet childhood traditions of Santa and the bunny alive in our home - he understood the difference. And today, when he started a conversation with Mom, I wonder how a bunny and chicks became part of Easter, they have nothing to do with Easter. I was in awe how he led this very gentle conversation. I love my very sweet, kind hearted young man.
