Mommy Talk.

I'm feeling the need to share a little mommy talk today ...

Yesterday Griffin and I went to "Mommy & Me" at the gym. We haven't been in about three weeks due to the holidays. We get there and we are the only people there. I had promised him we would play ... so I decided we were going to stay even though we were the only people there. Luckily a Mommy and her son Alexis came along. It was their first time there. The little guy was just over a year old ... but he and Griffin played well together.

I really miss those "Mommy & Me" days when the gym was packed with Mommies and little ones. We have made some really good friends there. Many of Griffin's friends have started pre-school, so they no longer come.

I'm not sure if we are going today ... it's going to be raining outside and I know G would love to go and run around again ... we'll see.

And on another Mommy note ...

I believe Griffin is loosing interest in napping. We had another no nap day yesterday. Granted he slept until 8:00 am (he usually wakes up at 6:00 am). So I know he had a really good night's sleep. But, I really need that nap time from him because that is MY work time.

Griffin will probably attend pre-school in the fall. It's a two day program, and he would attend 9:00 - 12:00. I think this would be great for him. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he will get to attend the school that's very near our home. Our name is on the waiting list and I hope to get a phone call in February for us to come sign up.

Tired of the Mommy talk today ... well, then check this out ...

Look what I've added to my
EBAY STORE today!

Ok..I just have to come out and ask. I have been wondering for a while now..and I thought I would just figure it out. But haven't yet.
What are these things that you make? They are soooo cute! Are they embellies for lo's? That is my guess. Am I even close:)?

I love the new girl monogram! I really need to pull out my scrapbooking stuff and get busy! Grace still needs her naps at 4 years old. She didn't take one for two weeks during Christmas due to family, etc. and boy, I could tell! She has such a better attitude now that she is back at preschool and napping!

I'd love to have a little nap myself everyday! I assume if "G" sleeps later in the morning that he's still getting an adequate amount of sleep...but I imagine it would be nice for you to have a little time for yourself everyday. Pre-school will be good for you both.
