Yee Haw ~ Sylvia Is 6!! - Banner & Cupcake Toppers

It was a joy to make a custom banner and cupcake toppers for our friend Sylvia's 6th birthday party! Her mom Karen had the most wonderful party planned for her sweet little girl and her friends. I'm so thankful to Karen for sharing these wonderful photographs below. Karen made the amazing cake and cupcakes. She owns The Cupcakery of Richmond and makes THE most wonderful cakes and other delightful confections!

Dinner With Friends - Tim's at Lake Anna

Tonight we had a great time at Tim's at Lake Anna with the Mustian family as Mike and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary. It was our first visit to Tim's and it certainly will not be the last. It was incredible food, live music and a beautiful view!

Griffin - 11.2

He's been 11 for just over two months now. He is a beautiful combination of a little boy and a bit more mature young man. He's headed toward his teen years with a love of Jesus, his faith and a good head on his shoulders. I pray for our son daily. We are not only raising a child, we are raising the man he will become. I love you Griffin!

He's The Sweetest!

Earlier today, this guy came in from taking something down to a neighbor's house for me and said, 'Momma I picked you a flower'. Be still my heart. He found this growing wild on the side of the road. We found a pot and planted it. 💙

YMCA Kid Fit.

We homeschool and we are always seeking out fun new things for Griffin to do. He has been going to Kid Fit at our local YMCA for physical education classes. He LOVES it! Today they played tag and soccer.

Red Rocker Candy.

Today we joined friends and visited Red Rocker Candy. It is a local candy factory specializing in chocolate goodies.
