Simple.

The other day we were having a conversation over dinner with our family and a friend. We were talking about the gifts God has given each of us and how important it is that we use those gifts. During the conversation, I mentioned I was not musically inclined like the three of them, nor did I have other certain gifts. Griffin said, 'wow Mom, you are simple'. I said, 'yes, I'm pretty simple'. Then he asked me what my gift was and I answered by saying, 'I believe the greatest gift God gave me was to be his (Griffin's) mother'. I've been thinking about this conversation today and it made me realize, though a simple gift in the eyes of a child ~ motherhood is the greatest gift the Lord could have given me.
