Melinda & The Bakery.

Yesterday was my very dear friend Melinda's birthday. Griffin and I took her out to lunch at the chinese restaurant in our little town. Afterwards she invited us to visit her at the bakery she works at. 3 Fellers Bakery is a brand new gluten free bakery in town. I had never been there and didn't know what to expect.

Let me just say ... the minute you walk in the door you are met with the aroma of sweet confection. Yummmmmmm!!

The bakery is housed in a quaint old house ... it has a wonderful cottagey feel about it.

Here's my amazing friend Melinda showing us around the bakery ...

Of course we had to take some yummy treats home ... we brought home some wonderful red velvet cupcakes for us and we are going to surprise Mike with some coconut cream cupcakes tonight when he gets home from work.

They do internet sales for some of the gluten free products if you might be interested.

Thank you so much Melinda for a wonderful visit at lunch and a tour of the bakery. We wish you the happiest birthday ever!!

Why can't we have a cool place like this where I live?
The confectionary looks delicious. I really want one of those muffins!

Looks like my kind of place! I too love a Bakery! My grandparents owned a Bakery but I don't think anything was "gluten free". But then I'm not sure I even know what gluten is...guess I'd better google it!

I don't suppose she has Italian butter cookies or cannoli there, does she? That would be dangerous for me!
