Happy Mother's Day!

On February 7, 2005 ... I became a mother.

Never in a million years could I ever imagine how this little person would change my life. Change my life ... indeed he did. Mike and I often laugh that we do not remember life "before Griffin" at all.

I thank God everyday for the opportunity God gave me to be this little guy's Mommy. I am so, so blessed. A mother's love is something unique ... something that is so deep and so real.

I wanted to say a very Happy Mother's Day to everyone ...

He Looks like a properly dressed dude should look at his age---can see he is in good hands. (PS, thanks for the kind comments regarding my niece Tish's pic in my blog---SHE hates the pic, but I didn't know that before I posted it,---frankly I think its a good pic)---not as good as Griffen's however.

I was just telling my Michael today that no one in your life will ever love you like your mother. Not your spouse, not your kids, not your best friend. The love of a mother is a very special gift. It is one we give to our children and one that they give to us.

I'm so glad that you are enjoying motherhood so much!
