Well, with my husband's help ... we washed that gray right out of my hair last night!
I feel so much better today ... no more gray, and I have lighter locks!
Mike knows how much better I feel about myself when my hair is colored.

ReplyDeleteThere is something about getting your hair "colored" that just rejuvenates you...I feel the same after a frosting. I am in terrible need of one of those. I am treating myself after Mason is born! ;o)

ReplyDeleteI recall a small crisis in my parents life, when my father, complained that his wife, did NOT look like a grandmother should---and my mother ((my step mother actually), at the tender age of 70+)stopped coloring her hair, and went from honey blond to snow white----she still looked elegant, like a family matriarch should (great-grandmother and all) (lol)

ReplyDeleteI tried the home thing a few times in my life myself and with help but it always turned out horrid so I wind up back at the salon. Highlights are too hard to do yourself as far as I'm concerned.
What a nice husband to help with that!
Your gray hair really wasn't that noticeble face on before, but your hair looks stunning now. That's such a lovely colour.

Thanks for the full face shot. I love the new reddish color. I have always wanted to go more on the reddish side. Maybe nice time I will try it. I think it looks great!!!
