The Yard Sale.

The yard sale was a huge success ... we had alot of traffic and I'm pretty sure that everyone sold almost everything they had.

I have three words for yesterday ...
IT WAS FUN!

And ...
IT WAS HOT!

With temperatures hovering near 100 degrees it was very hot ... so we found shade where we could find it and drank lots and lots of water.


This is Beth Anne and Crystal ... they organized this great event for us!


And some of our friends ... Darius, Zachary and Sam.


Here you can see Keisha's set up ... I thought I took more pictures of everyone's set ups (including Carol's, Cyndi's and mine) ... but they were not in the camera. I must have been hallucinating with the heat and all.


And Damian was quite the entrepreneur ... he sold lemonade and snacks.

The yard sale event was great fun. It was nice visiting with all of the participants and seeing neighbors, friends and other customers that stopped by.

    Wow 100 degree heat! That was hotter than here. I'm glad everyone was successful and had fun. Wish I could have been there.

    That is so awesome that you all sold almost everything.
    I would of wilted in the heat..I just can deal with it..makes me sick.

    Glad the Yard Sale was a success. I know the feeling of the weather. We are feeling it here in Tennessee as well with temperatures over 90 and the humidity 75 and over. Plus we did not have air at work yesterday and I ended up doing a 12 and half hour shift(The Home Depot). Yes Did you sell any Missy Made It items? I bet they were a huge success. Hugs, Tracie

    Heat I can deal with---but not humidity-----I like all the green grass and trees and shrubbery, but would die in the humidity. Guess I'm just your basic old dessert rat. Glad your sale was a success.
