2nd Annual Mommy & Me Picnic.

Yesterday a bunch of us moms and our kids got together for our 2nd Annual Mommy & Me Picnic.

It was great fun ... good food ... good company ... and perfect weather.

I thought I would share a few of the pictures I took from the event ... I've blurred a few faces from some of the pictures.

Heidi, Ryan, Evan and another little friend enjoying some bubble time

Spencer and his big yellow truck. I have a cute story to share about Spencer's "real" Croc shoes. Griffin saw them yesterday and they had these cute frog and tractor Gibbets on them. He put the shoes on and started walking around as if they were his. He has the generic Walmart look-a-likes. He was loving these shoes. I think it had more to do with the little frog and tractor buttons than the actual shoes. I'm thinking we need to make a trip to Michael's to look for Griffin some of his very own Gibbets.

Our grill master ... Keisha!

Marie and Damian ... Keisha's cousin and son.

Griffin loves him some bubbles.

Heidi and Cyndi showing some love ... with Ryan and Evan surrounding them.

Add a bunch of kids with a little water and a sprinkler ...

And a great time was had by all!

  4. There has GOT to be something about griffen thats not perfect----Even diamonds have flaws-----I know in a mother's eyes their children are perfect, but right now Griffen is more of a storybook perfect kid than real----I did like the pics earlier where Mike had the kid carrying bricks----made Griffen look a bit more masculine---a real boy.

  5. Hmm decided my earlier comment came out a bit harsh----my apologies, it was meant to be spoken with a big grin on my face, to show I was just kidding----I have this allergy thing----allergic to "cute"---its a curse.
