The Past & Future

Yesterday, as we were standing in the Old Senate Chamber looking beyond the pillars, you could see the Richmond Skyline ~ the sun was shining, the sky was blue and the American flag waved in the wind. It was almost as if we were looking toward the future and it reminded me of the children we were with. We were surrounded by history, yet this reminded me our children have an entire future ahead of them. I'm so thankful to know these amazing young people are the sons and daughters of God through their faith in Jesus Christ.
