Hot Cocoa & Gathering Firewood

Last week I taught Griffin how to make hot cocoa. He likes to use his great-grandma Ida Mae's measuring spoons, even though we have a newer set. There's nothing like taking a brain break sitting by the fire, reading and drinking hot cocoa.

One of Griffin's chores is gathering firewood and stacking it on the porch for easy access during the winter. He's a hardworking young man!
