Flying A Kite.

Uncle Ray and Aunt Terry brought Griffin a birthday gift with them on Easter Sunday.

Ray has always been into flying kites and he thought it would be fun for Griffin to have a kite that "doesn't require an engineer to operate" ... inside joke ... LOL.

There is a cow pasture next door to where my mother-in-law Bett lives ... it was a perfect spot to fly the kite.

As we were entering the cow pasture, the cows came running up thinking we were going to feed them.

I love that Ray put his sunglasses on Griffin so he could see ...

And the amazing Macaw kite ... it flew really well.

It was fun watching the guys out in the field with Griffin flying the kite ...

We just had to be careful to avoid any steaming cow patties ... LOL.

What did you do Easter Sunday?

  3. What is it about watching some cloth fly through the air hanging onto some string, but it really is beautiful! We gave my nephews kites for Easter...my sister-in-law gave me some pics that I am going to blog about soon.

  4. How fun was that! Looks like another great time with family and friends. My Easter was much the same way--going to church and spending the day with family.

  5. That looked like fun. We used to take the boys to the stadium to fly kites in the big field where I take the dogs running now. It was alot of fun. I spent my Easter working. Would have rather been flying a kite.
