Taking pictures of myself felt pretty strange. This is a picture of my new regular glasses.
Okay ... so in this picture you can really see my freckles, age spots, wrinkles and makeup-less free face. I'm 40 ... need I say more? I wanted to show a close up of the fancy swirly design on the side of the glasses.
And this is my sunglasses! It felt sooo good yesterday to put my sunglasses on while I was driving. I could see and the glare was gone. I have pretty sensitive eyes and it's nice to be able to drive without squinting because of the glare from the sun.
And another close up of the side ... this pair has a swirly fancy design too.

WOW I should have taken you when I picked out my last glasses. Even though I wear contact now. These are the BOMB. I love the swirleys!

Both of those look great on you. Aren't sunglasses great. I wish I could find deals like you got and stylish frames to boot. You look MAHVELOUS, girl, even with you freckles, wrinkles, blah, blah, blah. No sympathy from me, I'm 2 1/2 years from 50 LOL. Have a great day. We are off to Ocala.
ReplyDeleteThey are great Missy!! I would never dare take a picture of myself so close. Maybe we should all try that one and see what we get. It reminds me of "The Home Improvement show" with the guy next door. only half his face is showing.

Love your new glasses Missy! They look great on you and are so stylish. I'm glad you got some prescription sunglasses. It's so much better for your eyes to be shielded from the sun.

I like them! They look fun. Where did you get them? I just got new glasses too because I LOST my other pair at VA Beach recently. I wear contacts all day but for the first 1-2 hours in the a.m. I have on my new specs and have rx sunnies for a.m. gardening. It took me a LONG time & visits to almost every area frame store to find a cool pair.
