Homeschool Day - Virginia State Fair

It was 'Homeschool Day' at the Virginia State Fair. Today we took a field trip with some of our homeschool group. It was the first time both Griffin and I had been to the fair. It was truly a lot of fun and we all had a wonderful time!

Field Trip - Old Stone Jail Museum & Civil War Park

After we went to the apple orchard we stopped by the Old Stone Jail Museum and Civil War Park in Fluvanna. The museum was closed, but we still had fun!

Homeschool Field Trip - Fruit Hill Apple Orchard

Today we enjoyed a wonderful field trip to the Fruit Hill Apple Orchard with our homeschool group. It was a great day of fellowship, picking apples and playing orchard games.

Nature Walk In Our Backyard

One of the best things about living in the country on wooded property is taking nature walks. Today we took a walk through the woods down to the creek. Griffin discovered many cool things along the way.
